Rasta – Iranian System Development Pioneers

Rasta (Rahpuyan Iranian System Development Pioneers) originated as a continuation of the Research Center for Management and Productivity at Qazvin Islamic Azad University. Today, we specialize in providing HR consultancy and training, talent acquisition support, management consulting projects, and development of management software—including knowledge management systems, performance evaluation platforms, assessment centers, and development centers.
Our mission is to drive individual and managerial development by helping organizations diagnose issues, undergo training and coaching, and leverage both technological and non-technological managerial tools.

We utilize scientific approaches and psychological tools—such as DISC, NEO, MMPI, GHQ, as well as cognitive and simulation instruments—to conduct specialized human talent assessments. Designing assessment centers and competency-based interviews helps us select the most suitable individuals for critical roles.

Knowledge Management

Our comprehensive knowledge management system allows organizations to better organize, store, and share information. Built upon the APO model and leveraging tech and non-tech tools, it enhances productivity and minimizes waste of time and resources. Performance Evaluation

With an official mandate from the Center for Assessment and Development, Rasta designs and implements holistic performance evaluation systems. If the goal is to obtain a Professional Managers’ Competency Certificate for governmental bodies, participants must apply as a group through an official letter from their organization. If someone applies individually, they will still go through the full process and receive an individual feedback report—but will not receive the official certificate.
